Did you stick it to the inside of a hot pot? Grilled it in an iron skillet. That seems more practical if you aren't going into mass production.

Got some 19 oz porterhouse steaks in the sous vide. Wife and son are making a 150 year old recipe Pecan pie without corn syrup. Having a ham tomorrow. WOW!!! I have to go on line to view a Porterhouse Steak like that! Post a pic when it is done, please, if convenient. While I am off the red meat for a while I can still enjoy looking!!! I had to go to the store to get my prescriptions and pick up a few groceries. The Managers Special was full and I cleaned it out. T-bones, sirloin strips and more, all at half price. They had an 6 pound prime rib for $55 that looks like it will be there in a couple of days. Whole porterhouse steaks cut to order are $6.99/pound. Our freezer is ready for winter.

A breakfast soup of chicken stock, eggs, tempeh, green peas, snow peas, baby bok choy an ramen noodle made from millet and brown rice flour.
It seems my digestion has entered a sensitive stage. Boiled or steamed is a better fit than fried, sautéed or roasted.

Leftover venison chili with some crackers broken into it. Better the second day! I received leftover roast beef with potatoes and carrots. I was out of town for the first go-around, but it tastes good after the fact.
