My usual deep fried chicken livers after Pistol League, at a local bar/restaurant. They serve them with something they call gizzard sauce. Turns out it's just ranch dressing and hot sauce. Very good though.

Weekly lunch date with mom. This is the third time in four weeks she wanted Chinese. Personally I’m beginning to think she either bought stock or is a minor partner at this restaurant.

For lunch: McDonalds new chicken sandwich - which on another day in another post I said was great. This time not so great. Different location, different day.
For dinner: Chicken Cordon Bleu - from Kroger's. Not so great either.
I'll have to make my own, I guess.

I am not familiar with the Cosmic Apple. Is that a metaphor? No it’s a real apple. Truthfully the most amazing apple I’ve ever eaten and I live 10 minutes from several of the best orchards in my state. cosmiccrisp.com/Had to go back several days to find this post re: cosmic crisp apples...found them in the grocery store here and got several for the wife as she loves her some apples...they are all that they are cracked up to be...just outstanding! Thanks, Scott...you have made my wife very happy today...sitting here and munching on one right now!
