My Mrs. bought an assortment of different cheeses, olives, cold cuts and French bread. Glass of Cab on the side. 😁🍷 Sounds delish!

An Omelet of spinach, asparagus, mushrooms and Vermont Cheddar with lotsa fresh cracked pepper. Don't tell me. I see the place mat needs to be washed. Neat, I am not. Sounds delicious! 😋 Was there any room left for egg?

Chicken fried steak, broccoli not the mushing kind, okra, garlic toasted, cream gravy. There are a couple of places in Montgomery that have Texas-class chicken fried steak.

Had chicken breast w/ broccoli and baby carrots for supper. Weight is down to 182, but I’d just about whoop a man for a biscuit right now.

What Ron said and I have piece left over big enough to cover a giant hamburger bun. More intent on the okra and braised broccoli along side the garlic bread.

after getting done with what was mentioned in WAYS thread, usual Sunday brunch of eggs, shred cheddar & mangled ham slices, all to a mess on GeoForeman grill. usual k-cup drinks for us. Just long time comfy fare works well here. Dishes/grill part to soak till late afternoon, easy cleanup

The usual bacon and eggs, toast and tomato slices for a late lunch. We'll finish the pot of coffee with it. But first I need to run to the grocery store.

Yummy!^
The now closed Klein’s truck stop south of Fresno had the best chicken fried steak, not only was it the size of the plate, it was quality.
After eating that, a bear could hibernate for winter. That was a truly great truck stop.

Just got back from my weekly lunch date with mom (seems to me it’s every couple of days now). Anyway, took her to her favourite greasy spoon for burgers and soup. It must be that lubrication thing Ronv69 was talking about. 😁

Didn't feel like making sauce this morning so I grilled a couple of cheese burgers, put a runny egg on top and a caprese salad with a balsamic drizzle.
