Yummy!^ The now closed Klein’s truck stop south of Fresno had the best chicken fried steak, not only was it the size of the plate, it was quality. After eating that, a bear could hibernate for winter. That was a truly great truck stop. Julia Child visited Texas and she got fed CFS. She complained. 🤬 Julia Child never spent the day unloading swinging beef, bustin out the miles, and dodging smokey. Jetting to Texas, riding in a limo, staying at 5 star hotels with adoring people. I can read lips, as a trucker in everyone's way I was in called me an asshole. |

The plan for lunch is, shaved roast beef, from last nights London broil, stuffed into pita bread with red onion, tomato ,sharp white cheddar and mayo...flavored water on the side.

Spicy pork rinds dipped in Jarlsberg dip washing it down with frosty diet coke from the freezer. Earlier was raisin bread with some butter.
