Hmm, haven't had chicken wings in a while. Gotta run that by my wife, maybe tomorrow or Wednesday. Tonight it was spinach and feta stuffed London broil with little round seasoned potatoes.

Just finished lamb Gyro’s expertly done with all the trimmings.
There is an excellent place that drops the prices to $4 per gyro on Mon-Tues. I could not make a his meal for that price, no way, no how.

Just checked out Mama Lousa'a dinner menu. Solid Italian-American is hard to beat. Reminds me of a couple places near home that we would go to pre-COVID. Hope to go back to these little family places soon. Infection rates are pretty bad here. 2nd jab of Pfizer on Thursday.

Had some friends over for steak on the grill with sautéed mushrooms - and seared tuna. Kind of a surf and turf combo. Amish potato salad and French bread.
Two dry red wines. My wife, who doesn't care for (real) wine, had a Strawberry wine I made for her. Later, a 15 month old Toasted Caramel Port, that I made. It's tasting soooo rich and smooth now.
And a couple shots of Four Roses.
It was a long night.
