Feetloaf. The funky cheese between the toes really brings it together.

Meatballs & marinara sauce on polenta, tonight. A glass of red blend to accompany. Your own meatballs or store bought? Just nosy. I like to make my own the traditional way- beef, pork, veal, parsley, garlic, etc. Hard to find all the ingredients these days.

Jimmy John's "Jimmy Cubano" sandwich for lunch. It looked nothing like the picture though. Only about 1/3 the meat and cheese.

They will do that if not properly supervised. We had the trouble with KFC in Taos. A sternly worded letter to corporate headquarters got a response and a real improvement in quality preparation.

They will do that if not properly supervised. We had the trouble with KFC in Taos. A sternly worded letter to corporate headquarters got a response and a real improvement in quality preparation. The squeaky wheel often gets the grease. I complained to TOGOS sandwiches and the Franchisee called me up and took care of us. Some years back, I complained to Duracell about their batteries leaking, rendering my 4 D-Cell Maglite as useless. They sent me a $25 prepaid credit card to replace the flashlight, and over the next few months got coupons for free batteries, about $75 before they stopped coming in. I think that someone forgot to take me out of the coupon roster. When I started picking up retail hazmat, I was floored by how many batteries we collected as leaking corrosives. These ones by far were the worst from the premium line, with a premium price tag. I took away boatloads of these with frosty corroded ends.
