Ordered a few tobaccos: Cult Militia 50g Tin Seattle Pipe Club Mississippi River Rum Barrel Aged 2 Oz Tin Sutliff Serendipity Something new from Wilke Tobacco: Wilke Peanut Butter and Chocolate And: Wilke Santa’s Chocolate Covered Cherry Crème Wilke Vermont Maple Cavendish I was scratching my head about the Peanut butter and chocolate. Then I got an email from Jiminks and I realized that I had been hornswaggled. April Fool! 😁 🤠 😉🥴 |

Just got a Dr. Grabow Special Edition "Patriot" pipe in the mail about an hour ago. It's a straight, smooth billiard with a brass band. Very well kept by its owner, Tobias Lutz! I was surprised to run into him again on eBay. For those who don't know about Tobias, he was one of the founding fathers of this forum.

arious tinned/canned blends making their way north from Myrtle Beach area. Mostly blends I already have, just topping off the stacks. Plus, a few, new to me, blends: Redburn, Windjammer, Fillmore and Grousemoor (I may regret this one, but worth the investigation). Should be here Saturday.
Next month is bulk month - adding to the piles of HB, Pegasus, Three Friars, LBF, LNF, Newminster Navy and Round Slices...

My Peterson Pub Pipe arrived today. This is a BIG pipe. The chamber is just under 1” in diameter and the depth is 2-1/4”. It also has a funny liuttle metal nipple screwed into the tenon. I suppose it is some kind of distillator thingie. First bowl was quite good. Gonna let it rest now for a day.  |

Nice pipe, but clicking on the pic from my IPhone brought up all kinds of pop ups, I felt like I was in a game playing asteroids to kill them. IMGUR is a much better free hosting site IMO. |

The nipple sticks below the draft hole and causes turbulence in the smoke and accumulates moisture that drips into the well. Congratulations. |
