Morning everyone. It's going to be another bowl of this 2014 MM 965, this time in the Dagner Devil Anse. I'm getting spoiled by this jar, I'm going to have to buy some tins of this and put them way in the back of the cellar for a few years.

recently in from full 2-miles power walks, no-band 6x42 for company (finish later while doing yard work). After the Ed is fed, Abingdon in SerJac Maxima 1/8 bent bulldog & continue with the papers. Usual doings ahead, much to do with wifie's many needs.

This morning's bowl is a mix of Engine 99, some unsweetened black cavendish{ about a 70/30 mix,} with some finely rubbed lancers for seasoning. The Lancers is from 09 and is pungent in flavor and aroma...as the contents of the jar dwindle ,I'm trying to make it last a while. The pipe is a bent Dublin by Mastro 'd'paja. The smoke is wonderfully creamy and cool, with the Lancers adding a deep richness, the way crushed black pepper makes the flavor of a good steak pop.
I'm rejaring some of my tobacco this week...refilling some small jars, and reworking some of my own home-blends. The idea is to cut down on the empty jar space, jar up all this burley I got from heagar, and take stock of just what I have on hand...the process usually makes for some interesting smokes!
