Going to have a Waldorf Chicken salad sandwich for lunch. I made a double batch, and I've been eating on it for several days.
Putting boneless pork ribs in the slow cooker soon - for dinner.

Pretty much a minimalist on eating with Covid… eating but in small portions, prepared foods from the freezer, canned soups and chili fit the bill.

Breakfast sausage links, eggs scrambled in the sausage pan, salted buttered everything bagels, and coffee. I have to go pick out some fish and we'll be taking it over to my grandparents to fry fish and presumably cook some veggies and something to go with it. Snowed overnight and supposed to continue snowing throughout the afternoon but I'm thinking the roads are likely pretty clear by this point.

Made chicken stock from bones and scraps two days ago. Now simmering with leeks, neeps, carrots, Swiss chard stalks, parsley, diced chicken meat. Kind of a "rooster-A-Leekie" soup, if you recall the Highland recipes.
