^^^^^ That has not been easy. Tomato Sauces, "NJ Sunday Gravy", and Eggplant dishes were among my favorites.

now that WAYS/walks done, to be Schwan #481 (3) toaster pancakes, one cycle. Add usuals, nuke to plateful of mess. Add k-cup cocoa, all to smoking room desk, eat & continue with the papers. Hopes for mostly a routine day ahead

They just do not agree with me and are something to avoid according to my genome diet. All Nightshade Plants including eggplant, peppers and potatoes are to be avoided. Of course, potatoes have been so modified by J.R. Simplot and Ore-Ida, they bear little resemblance to the Mayan food of yore! I am surprised they have not yet developed a "French Fry Bush".

Had fried catfish, potatoes and hush puppies with a side of pickled okra just over in Arkansas for lunch between doctors appointments. Back home now.

Boring food all day, but thankful that my stomach isn't on fire. Today was also the first day I havent had coffee in 873 years.
A small piece of venison and a few fries in the air fryer for supper.
This sucks already.

That is such a sweet photo! I liked George as a person. Although I voted for McCain in the first election. George had my support in the second. I had an enormous "Bush" sign on the edge of my pasture along the highway. I took a lot of shite for it from people here but that is the way it rolls in the US of A!

Seemed like a good idea at the time. He looked good compared to the other choices. Politicians all suck after you get to know them.

everthing else covered in WAYS thread. Will be Schwan #717 breakfast bowl, added cut up sausage link & cubes of sharp cheddar nuked. That & k-cup cocoa, to smoking room desk, eat & continue with the papers. For me, a belly-full (isn't near everything with me...age related)?

One of those rare cheese scones which appear at Cid's Food Store infrequently. It seems I get the last one on the bakery shelf. A mug of Turkish Coffee with cardamom. No complaints here!
