Leftovers and Benadryl. I have a rash that's gone from a little spot to systematic. Dermatologist is closed today. It wasn't bothering me when I went in for a checkup, but everything she has proscribed has made it worse. That's aggravating. |

same munchies on/off for awhile, brunch big portion of oatmeal, brown sugar, cut up sausage links, nuked for 2mins, k-cup cocoa, all to backroom, eat & to the papers & probably junk snail-mail. Keep me going till sleep takes over
Ed-tell time with a calendar at least for today

I am sorry to read that, Ron. I know the aggravation of skin flare ups. What works for me is Aveeno anti-itch cream in the tub, not the bottle. |

I didn't have any of that, but I do have several other things that don't work. 😣 Maxing out on Benadryl. Doctor just called in a prednisone pack, after the pharmacy closed. Those always make me lovely company. |

Stopped off at Cameron trading post in Cameron Arizona, they accomodate requests… got the roast lamb Navajo taco… killer!, the coffee was quite good.
Brought home a monster sized Sopapilla which my wife is a connoisseur of, and brought it home to her.
Long haul door-dash, the gal owes me.
Tip: on products of a baked nature, open the container so that it does not sweat as it cools on the longer ride… reheating is better than dealing with sogginess.
Makes a difference, and I know what I speak of.😉

Supper was beef and gravy over mashed potatoes, with corn and butter beans...the beef was the leftover end cuts from the Christmas rib roast...the best part of cooking at home is the leftovers!

It really didn't work out. Sometimes you swing and miss. You're right, Urb. My wife thought it would be something like salmon patties except with chicken. But, hey, she gets it right 99.9% of the time, so I can't fault her. |

Store brand frosted mini-wheats & cashews so far. Brunch to be mac/cheese with couple sausage patties tossed in, 6mins in nukerizer, k-cup cocoa, all to back room, eat & to the papers/snail-mail

Yesterday, I had lunch in a new SW restaurant. Carne Adovada Enchiladas with Red Chile. Best I have had in a while. Their Red Chile gravy is made with Chimayo chilies with Morita Chilies added for smokiness. Great combo. Chimayo chilies have a floral fragrance which is unmistakable.

Breakfast was a protein shake. Lunch i don't know what I want yet. Dinner I'm meeting my dad and all his brothers at El corral tucson so I'll probably get prime rib as that's what they are known for. www.elcorraltucson.com |

Lunch was chicken sandwich carved from the frame and a small bowl of lentils with ham, carrots and curry spice. Made a large pot so I will be eating it for some days to come. Good with most everything savory.
